1. Deposits

Initial deposits secure your project's place in our production schedule and cover discovery, planning, and outline work. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

2. Milestone Payments

For projects billed in stages, refunds are evaluated based on work already completed at the time of a cancellation request.

3. Revisions Before Refunds

If a deliverable does not meet the agreed scope, we will always offer revisions first. Refund requests are considered when revisions cannot resolve a legitimate concern.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (such as ISBN registration or print proofing) are non-refundable once purchased.
